We then coordinate with the client's existing CPA, attorney, financial advisor, and other specialists — or help bring the appropriate professionals to the table when additional expertise is needed.

Through VLARI, a brand of TLAMB INC, we provide private structural advisory services for established business owners and families whose needs extend beyond tax planning. VLARI examines the relationship between tax structure, capital retention, cash flow, protection, retirement planning, and long-term wealth objectives before individual strategies or solutions are considered.

TLAMB INC also provides coaching, mentorship, and professional development for CPAs, accountants, tax professionals, and advisors who want to deliver a more strategic level of tax advisory to their business-owner and high-net-worth clients.

Founded by advanced tax strategist Terry M. Lamb, TLAMB INC brings together decades of experience and a coordinated network of professionals. Our role is not to replace every advisor around the table. It is to help ensure the decisions made at that table support the same larger objective.
