About Terry M. Lamb
Advanced Tax Strategist · Founder, TLAMB INC and VLARI
Terry M. Lamb is an advanced tax strategist who helps business owners, high earners, and families address financial situations that have outgrown ordinary tax planning.
Rather than treating tax, business, insurance, real estate, and legacy decisions as separate transactions, Terry leads a coordinated process that examines how those decisions affect one another. She serves as the lead strategist and point of coordination, working alongside a client's existing CPA, attorney, financial advisor, insurance professional and other specialists — or helping bring the appropriate professionals to the table when an engagement calls for additional expertise.
Through TLAMB INC, Terry provides advanced tax advisory and professional development for two closely connected audiences: business owners facing complex tax and structural decisions, and the CPAs, accountants, tax professionals and advisors who serve them.
She coaches and mentors professionals who want to add strategic tax advisory to their firms, increase the value they deliver, and better serve their business-owner and high-net-worth clients. The focus is not simply teaching individual strategies, but helping professionals identify opportunities, evaluate the larger client structure, communicate recommendations clearly, and coordinate implementation responsibly.
Terry is also founder and chief strategist of VLARI, a private structural advisory practice created for established business owners and families whose needs extend beyond tax planning. VLARI evaluates how tax structure, income, cash flow, capital, protection, real estate and long-term wealth objectives work together, then coordinates with the appropriate professionals to help the client move forward.
