Use the secure upload form to send tax documents, financial statements, or other sensitive files. Your upload goes to a private folder that only we can see — no one else who uses this page can view what you send.

What to expect

1. The form opens in a new tab. You will be asked to sign in with a Google account, which is how the upload is kept private to you.
2. Enter your name and contact details, tell us briefly what you are sending, then attach your files. You can attach several at once.
3. Submit. We are notified straight away and will confirm receipt.

A few notes

• Please do not email tax documents. Ordinary email is not encrypted in transit and is not an appropriate way to send a return, a W-2, or anything carrying a Social Security number.
• If you would rather not use an online form, call (888) 499-5755 and we will arrange another method.
• Large files are fine. If something will not upload, call and we will sort it out.

Documents received through this form are stored in a private location and handled in line with our privacy policy.
