CPAs & Advisors
Your clients are asking questions that extend beyond the tax return, the insurance product, or the financial recommendation in front of them.
TLAMB INC works with CPAs, accountants, enrolled agents, tax professionals, insurance advisors and other financial professionals who serve business owners and high-net-worth clients — and who want to bring a more strategic, coordinated level of advisory to those relationships.
Through the CORE Tax Accelerator™, we help professionals develop the ability to recognize structural opportunities, evaluate how financial decisions affect one another, communicate the larger strategy, and coordinate the specialists required for implementation.
This is not overflow tax preparation, a referral arrangement, or case consultation. It is a professional-development engagement designed to help you build a strategic advisory capability within your own practice.
Most professional practices are built around a primary discipline. CPAs and tax professionals focus on compliance and reporting. Insurance advisors focus on protection, retirement and wealth strategies. Financial professionals focus on the areas their licenses and firms permit them to address.
The client does not experience those decisions separately. A change in entity structure affects compensation, cash flow, retirement planning and insurance design. A tax strategy can create liquidity requirements involving several professionals. A wealth strategy can appear appropriate until its tax treatment, timing, or relationship to the business is considered.
The problem is rarely the quality of the individual recommendation. It is that no one has evaluated how the recommendations fit together. That is the layer the CORE Tax Accelerator™ develops.
Recognize opportunities beyond the transaction
Identify when a client’s entity structure, income, compensation, cash flow, tax position, retirement objectives, protection needs or legacy goals warrant a deeper structural review — and which professionals should be involved.
Evaluate the larger structure
Look past the product or return and examine how the client’s major decisions interact: business and personal income, entity and compensation design, tax exposure, cash flow and liquidity, retirement, protection, capital retention, continuity and legacy.
Identify strategies and their prerequisites
A strategy is not appropriate simply because it is permitted. Work through the problem it solves, the client characteristics it requires, funding and cash-flow demands, tax and legal prerequisites, trade-offs, sequence, and who is responsible for each step.
Communicate the strategy clearly
Clients rarely need more technical information. Develop a client-facing conversation that explains the structural issue, the opportunity, the role of each recommendation and the next step — without burying them in technical language.
Structure and price advisory engagements
Define scope, establish professional boundaries, package the process, communicate value, price appropriately, separate advisory compensation from implementation compensation, and be explicit about what is and is not included.
Coordinate implementation responsibly
Recognize when a recommendation requires a CPA, attorney, actuary, third-party administrator, insurance professional, investment professional or real-estate specialist. The goal is not to become every specialist, but to coordinate the right ones.
A paid professional coaching and mentorship engagement delivered over approximately ninety days. It is designed to help you build a repeatable strategic advisory process inside your own practice — not simply to collect more tax strategies.
The program is not classroom instruction alone. During the engagement you learn to apply the framework to the kinds of situations you actually encounter. Client information must be handled according to the program’s confidentiality, authorization and data-security requirements.
The purpose is to develop your judgment and your advisory process — not to provide informal or uncompensated case advice outside the program.
Insurance advisors are often in a particular position. You may recognize that a client needs more than a product recommendation without having a framework for evaluating the business structure, tax position and cash flow surrounding it.
The program helps you understand how insurance and retirement strategies sit within a client’s broader tax and financial structure. It does not replace product training and does not authorize tax, legal or investment advice. It helps you recognize the larger planning opportunity, communicate with the client’s other professionals, and position appropriate strategies within a coordinated process.
You may already see the opportunities but lack the time, process, pricing model or implementation network to deliver advisory work consistently. The program helps you move from informal planning conversations to a defined, paid advisory engagement, with an established process for evaluating opportunities, presenting recommendations and coordinating implementation.
It is most valuable for professionals who already have strong client relationships but want a better framework for identifying structural opportunities, communicating value and coordinating more sophisticated planning.
The purpose of the program is to strengthen the value you bring to your existing relationships. TLAMB INC does not use the CORE Tax Accelerator™ to solicit or assume control of your clients. You remain responsible for your client relationship, your professional services and the work performed under your firm.
Where additional specialists are required, their roles, responsibilities and client-facing involvement should be established clearly before implementation begins.
Develop a repeatable process for recognizing opportunities, structuring paid advisory engagements, communicating the larger strategy, and coordinating the professionals required for implementation.
Enrollment is by application and cohorts are limited. If the current cohort is closed, applicants are placed on the waitlist and contacted before the next one opens.
The CORE Tax Accelerator™ is a paid professional-development engagement. The application process is used to determine program fit and does not include complimentary tax, business, insurance, investment or client-case advice.
Start With the Larger Picture
Whether your immediate concern is a tax bill, business structure, cash flow, advisor coordination, or a long-term wealth decision, the first step is understanding how it fits within the rest of your structure.
